I loved hotel's welcoming lobby. The breakfast was fine and reasonably priced, all in all food was outstanding. Beds were great and the whole room was neat and very specious😀

The central location, caring staff - top-notch hotel. The fairmont queen room was fabulous and brand-new. The service was very efficient, it had a good outdoor restaurant.

The property was perfectly clean and accommodating. The staff were polite throughout our stay. Impressive location, approx 10-15 minutes' walk from Banff Park Museum. There were consistent internet and easy parking available.
Got a little small bed, and views were quite bad.

The place was reasonably priced. We loved the surprisingly large room and exceptionally kind staff. Magnificent location, all was nice! Nice view, a great balcony, super bed, too.

I appreciated the place, stayed there for 2 nights. Meals here where awesome and astonishing. I had nicely updated fairmont king room with 2 queen size bed, great views, for instance.
