The central location, caring staff - top-notch hotel. The fairmont queen room was fabulous and brand-new. The service was very efficient, it had a good outdoor restaurant.

The property was perfectly clean and accommodating. The staff were polite throughout our stay. Impressive location, approx 10-15 minutes' walk from Banff Park Museum. There were consistent internet and easy parking available.
Got a little small bed, and views were quite bad.

I appreciated the place, stayed there for 2 nights. Meals here where awesome and astonishing. I had nicely updated fairmont king room with 2 queen size bed, great views, for instance.
